Q. Do I need to do anything prior to having my car valeted?

A. Please remove valuables, child seats and anything you wish to keep!

Q. What if the weather is bad on the day?

A. We operate from a sheltered unit so the weather has no impact.

Q. How much notice do you need to book a valet?

A. Anything from 1 hour to 1 week - this depends on how busy we are.

Q. Can I see more pictures of your work?

A. We post all of our work on our Facebook page.

Q. What if something comes up and I need to cancel/postpone?

A. We require 24 hours' notice, otherwise you will lose your deposit, or if we were unable to take a deposit at the time of booking
a £25 charge will be applied to your bill when we next valet your car.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Cash, card & PayPal.

Q. Can you help if I've spilt milk in the car?

A. Yes we can, but please call as soon as possible.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes we are (to drive, store and work on your car), even your car's contents are covered in my unit, which has CCTV and a monitored 24 hour ADT alarm system.

Q. What's the difference between polish and wax?

A. A polish is used to enhance the paintwork by reducing swirl marks and cleaning the paintwork & a wax is used to protect the desired finish and add gloss.

Q. Do you stock any products to purchase?

A. Yes we do, most of the Gtechniq and DrLeather range.
